The stars shone at their appointed posts and were delighted. God called them, and the stars said, “Here we are.” They shone joyfully for the one who made them.
And the stars have given light in their watches, and rejoiced:
He called the stars, and they promptly answered; they took their places and gladly shone to please the one who made them.
Before whom the stars at their posts shine and rejoice.
Before him the stars in their designated places shine and rejoice;
the stars shone in their watches, and were glad; he called them, and they said, ‘Here we are!’ They shone with gladness for him who made them.

Forsooth (the) stars gave light in their keepings, and were glad; those were called, and those said, We be present; and those shined to him with mirth, that made those. [Forsooth stars gave light in their keepings, and gladded; they be called, and they said, We come to (thee); and they shined to him with mirth, that made them.]
